The Board of Directors of Page Industries Ltd at their meeting held today (i.e., 10th February 2021) has declared 2nd Interim Dividend 2020-21 of Rs.150/- per equity share.

The record date fixed for the payment of interim dividend is fixed as 19th February 2021. The date fixed for payment of dividend is on or before 11th March 2021.
