The Board of Directors of Polyplex Corporation Limited have declared payment of Third Interim Dividend (Special) for the Financial Year 2020-21 @ Rs.100/- per share (of the face value of RS.10/- each), subject to TDS / Withholding Tax.

The 'Record Date' for the purpose of payment of Third Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2020-21 has been fixed as February 19, 2021 and is proposed to be paid within the time prescribed under law.
