Linde India Ltd has sold land in Kolkata for Rs. 300 crores

Linde India Ltd has on 9 February 2021 after obtaining all necessary regulatory approvals, sold and disposed of land and buildings pertaining to its closed factory (Packaged Gases Plant) at 48/1, Diamond Harbour Road, Kolkata - 700 027 for an aggregate consideration of Rs.300,00,00,000/- (Rupees Three Hundred Crores only) to Mindstone Mall Developers Private Limited, a company having its registered office in Mumbai, Maharashtra. In furtherance of the same, the Company has today executed a Deed of Conveyance for transfer of ownership of the said land and buildings at 48/1, Diamond Harbour Road, Kolkata - 700 027 in favour of Mindstone Mall Developers Private Limited.

The operations of the erstwhile Packaged Gases Plant (factory) at 48/1, Diamond Harbour Road, Kolkata - 700 027 were earlier shifted to the site at Uluberia, Howrah 711 316.

Shares of Linde India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.1047.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1021.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12682 in over 1456 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1050 and intraday low of 1001. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 13009956.
