ASM Technologies Limited fixes record date for issue of Bonus Shares

ASM Technologies Limited has fixed Friday, February 19, 2021 as the "Record Date" to determine the eligible shareholders entitled to receive the Bonus Shares.

The company had earlier announced issue of Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:1 i.e. 1 (One) Bonus Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for 1 (One) fully paid up Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each, and subsequently the approval of shareholders was received through Postal Ballot.

Shares of ASM TECHNOLOGIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.264.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 259.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2358 in over 58 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 264.25 and intraday low of 256.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 623078.
