Torrent Power Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 5.50

The board of directors of Torrent Power Ltd have declared interim dividend for FY 2020-21 of Rs. 5.50 per equity share on 48,06,16,784 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. The said dividend will be remitted on or after March 03, 2021 to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company and Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories as on the Record Date i.e. Wednesday, February 17, 2021 fixed for the purpose.

Shares of TORRENT POWER LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.326.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 322.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 63220 in over 1001 trades.
