Shivalik Bimetal Controls Ltd Board approves interim dividend for FY21

The board of directors of Shivalik Bimetal Controls Ltd have declared an Interim Dividend at the rate of Rs.0.30 per share (i.e. 15%) on the Equity Shares of the Company carrying face value of Re.2/- each for the financial year 2020-21.

The Board has fixed Friday, February 19, 2021, as the "Record Date" for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of interim dividend for the year 2020-21. The dividend shall be paid on or before March 10, 2021.
