TCI Express Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 2 for FY21

The Board of Directors of TCI Express Ltd, at its meeting held today, has declared Interim dividend for FY 2020-21 @ 100% (Rs.2/-) per Equity Share of Face value of Rs.2/- each to the Shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members on the RECORD DATE i.e. Wednesday, the February 17, 2021.

The payment of dividend/ dispatch of warrants will be completed within 30 days of declaration of Interim Dividend i.e. on or before March 10, 2021.

Shares of TCI Express Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.945.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 963.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2263 in over 451 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 985 and intraday low of 940.8. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2184930.
