Everest Organics Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 0.50

The board of directors of Everest Organics Ltd at its meeting held today, has declared the payment of an Interim Dividend of 5% i.e. 50 paisa per equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2020-21. The board has fixed Thursday, February 18,2021 as the Record Date to determine the eligible Members whose names appears in the Register of Members (Both Physical & Electronic mode). Eligible Members shall be paid said Interim Dividend within 30 days from the date of declaration.

Shares of EVEREST ORGANICS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.265.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 265.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3488 in over 91 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 270 and intraday low of 261.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 931322.
