Indo Amines Ltd Board approves interim dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Indo Amines Ltd has approved an interim dividend of Rs. 0.50/- (Rupees Fifty Paise) per equity share of Face Value of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten Each) for the Financial Year ending on 31st March, 2021. The Board has fixed Saturday, 13th February, 2021 as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of ascertaining eligibility of the shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend.

The said Interim Dividend will be paid on or before 4th March, 2021.
