Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited board declares interim divdiend of Rs. 1.20

The Board of Directors of Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited has approved payment of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2020-21 @ 12% (i.e.Rs.1.20 per Equity Share) on the paid up equity share capital of the Company.

The Company has fixed 19th February, 2021 (Friday) as the record date for the purpose of the eligibility of shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2020-21.
