Rishiroop Limited board declares interim dividend of Rs. 5 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Rishiroop Limited, at their meeting held today i.e. February 5, 2021 has approved the declaration of interim dividend @ Rs. 5.00 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. 50 %), on the paid up equity shares, for the financial year 2020-2021, out of the profits of the Company.

The Board fixed the record date as Friday, February 19, 2021, for the purpose of payment of the said interim dividend, and such interim dividend shall be paid to the equity shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company as on February 19, 2021.

Shares of Rishiroop Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.72 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 68.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13217 in over 65 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 72 and intraday low of 68. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 951532.
