Alkem Laboratories Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 25 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Alkem Laboratories Ltd, at its meeting held today, i.e. 05th February, 2021, has declared Interim Dividend of Rs.25/- (Rupees Twenty Five only) per equity share on the face value of Rs. 2/- per share for the financial year 2020-21.

The record date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2020-21 would be Saturday, 13th February, 2021. The date of payment of Interim Dividend shall be on and from 25th February, 2021.

Shares of Alkem Laboratories Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.2980.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2941.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2311 in over 414 trades.
