Comp U Learn to issue 30 Lakh shares, 35 Lakh warrants

Comp U Learn Tech India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 16, 2008 has approved the issue and allotment on a preferential basis of 30,00,000 (Thirty Lakhs) equity shares of a face value of Rs 10/-each and 35,00,000 convertible equity share warrants with an option to subscribe to one equity share of Rs 10/- each to other than promoters.
