HIKAL Ltd Board declares Interim Dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 04, 2021, has declared an Interim Dividend for the financial year 2020-21 on Equity Share Capital @ 50% [Re. 1/- per equity share, nominal value of Rs. 2/- each].

The Company has fixed Record Date as Friday, 12th February, 2021 to ascertain the shareholders of the Company entitled for the payment of Interim Dividend. The Interim Dividend will be paid to the shareholder on or before Friday, 5th March 2021.
