Astral Poly Technik Limited to change name as Astral Limited

The Board of Directors of the Company vide passing resolution by circulation dated January 28, 2021 approved the change of name of the Company from 'Astral Poly Technik Limited' to 'Astral Limited', subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company by way of Postal Ballot and other necessary statutory/regulatory approvals. The name availability is granted by the office of Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre, Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide letter dated February 3, 2021.

Shares of ASTRAL POLY TECHNIK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1943.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1801.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 97106 in over 11023 trades.
