Saurashtra Cement Limited board declares interim dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Saurashtra Cement Limited at its meeting held today, have declared payment of Interim Dividend @ 10% (Rs.1 per equity share) per share on 69818375 equity shares of Rs.10/- each fully paid up for the period ended 31st December 2020.

The Record Date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the Interim Dividend has been fixed as 15th February 2021 and the Interim Dividend will be paid to the shareholders on 22nd February 2021.
