BLS International Services Ltd Board approves interim dividend of Rs. 0.25

The board of directors of BLS International Services Ltd at its meeting held today, have approved/declared an interim dividend of Re. 0.25/- per equity share (i.e. 25% on the paid up equity share capital), for the financial year 2020-21 and has fixed Friday, February 12, 2021 as Record Date for Interim Dividend 2020-21.

The dividend shall be paid to those shareholders holding shares in electronic form as per the beneficial ownership data made available by the National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and the Central Depository Services (india) Limited (CDSL) as at the end of working hours on February 12, 2021 and shares in physical form whose names shall appear on the Register of Members as at the end of working hours on February 12, 2021.

The payment of Interim Dividend shall start from Friday, February 19, 2021.

Shares of BLS International Services Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.103.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 103.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7078 in over 180 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 106.05 and intraday low of 103. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 736344.
