HIL Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 15 for FY21

The Board of Directors of HIL Limited at their meeting held today i.e on Tuesday, February 2, 2021, that commenced at 3:00 PM and concluded at 5:10 PM has declared the payment of Interim Dividend of Rs.15/- (150%) per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2020-21.

The board has fixed Friday, February 12, 2021 as the Record Date to determine the eligible Members whose names appear in the Register of Members (Both Physical & Electronic mode). Eligible Members will be paid said Interim Dividend within 30 days from the date of declaration.

Shares of HIL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.2551.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2427.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7468 in over 1260 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2620 and intraday low of 2453.7. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 18837483.
