IIFL Wealth Management Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 30

The Board of Directors of IIFL Wealth Management Ltd has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 30/- per equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each.

The Board of Directors has fixed record date as February 12, 2021, for this purpose. The said interim dividend will be paid/ dispatched on or before March 2, 2021.
