Carborundum Universal Limited board declares interim dividend of Rs. 1.50 for FY21

The Board of directors of Carborundum Universal Limited at its meeting today has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 1.50/- (One rupee and fifty paise only) per equity share (on a face value of Re. 1/-) for the year ending 31st March 2021.

The Record Date for determining the members eligible to receive the aforesaid interim dividend is 12th February 2021. In the case of shareholders opting for NECS/ECS, the dividend would in the normal course be credited to their accounts by Friday, 26th February 2021. In the case of shareholders opting physical mode of payment, the same will be posted by Friday, 26th February 2021. The dividend will be paid after deducting applicable taxes as per our earlier communication dated 22nd January 2021.

Shares of CARBORUNDUM UNIVERSAL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.429.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 404. The total number of shares traded during the day was 40289 in over 1872 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 435.15 and intraday low of 384.8. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 16685938.
