Coromandel International Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 6 for FY21

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 01, 2021, has approved payment of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2020-21 at Rs. 6/­ (Rupees Six Only) per share, representing 600%, on the equity share of face value of Re.1/­ each fully paid.

The Interim Dividend will be paid on or after February 24, 2021., but within 30 days from the declaration of Interim Dividend, as provided in the Companies Act, 2013.
