Trigyn Technologies Inc. declares dividend to its Holding Company Trigyn Technologies Limited

The wholly owned subsidiary of Trigyn Technologies Limited, "Trigyn Technologies, Inc." has declared a dividend of US$ 1,000,000 (US$ One Million) for the Financial year 2020-21 to the only shareholder of the Corporation M/s Trigyn Technologies Limited.

Shares of TRIGYN TECHNOLOGIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 71.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 15316 in over 88 trades.
