Vaibhav Global Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 7.50

The Board of Directors of Vaibhav Global Ltd has declared interim dividend of Rs. 7.50/- per fully paid up equity share of Rs. 10/- each. The Company has fixed 06 February 2021 as the 'record date' for payment of interim dividend on equity shares for the financial year 2020 - 21. The said interim dividend will be credited / dispatched to the respective equity shareholders within 30 days of the declaration of dividend.

In addition to the above interim dividend of Rs. 7.50/-, interim dividends aggregating Rs. 10/- per share were declared and paid for nine months ended 31 December 2020. Hence total interim dividends of Rs. 17.50/- have been declared during the said period.

Shares of Vaibhav Global Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.2628 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2606.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1303 in over 368 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2652.6 and intraday low of 2590. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3402308.
