Kaya Limited Consolidated Revenue declined by 16% in Q3 FY21

Kaya Limited posted consolidated Revenue from Operations of INR 87.9 crores for the quarter ended 31st December 2020, a decline of 16% over corresponding quarter ended 31st December 2019.

India business reported Revenue decline of 25% and International business declined by 5% over Q3 LY.

Consolidated Operating EBITDA at INR 18.8 crores for the quarter ended 31st December 2020, as compared to INR 17.1 crores for the corresponding quarter in previous year.

Consolidated Profit after Tax and Minority Interest for the quarter ended 31st December 2020 is break-even, compared to Loss of INR 21.0 crores for the corresponding quarter ended 31st December 2019.

Shares of Kaya Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.324.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 316.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9678 in over 427 trades.
