Centrum Capital Limited approves raising Rs. 100 crores through NCDs

The Fund Raising Committee of Centrum Capital Limited at its meeting held today i.e January 29, 2021, considered and approved the proposal (along with commercial terms) for raising of funds through issuance of up to Rs. 100 Crore (Rupees One Hundred Crore Only) Secured, Redeemable, Unlisted, Unrated, Non-Convertible, Principal Protected Market Linked Debentures each having a face value of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) of the aggregate nominal value of up to Rs. 100,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Crore only) (hereinafter referred to as the "Debentures") in one or more tranches, for cash, at par or premium, in dematerialised form, on private placement basis.

Shares of CENTRUM CAPITAL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.23.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 23.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 70629 in over 281 trades.
