Persistent Systems Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 14 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Persistent Systems Ltd at its meeting held on January 28, 2021 has approved payment of Interim Dividend of INR 14 (INR Fourteen) per Equity Share of INR 10 each for the Financial Year 2020-21.

The Record date to determine the eligible shareholders for the payment of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2020-21 has been fixed as Wednesday, February 10, 2021.

The Interim Dividend will be paid to the Members of the Company by Saturday, February 20, 2021.
