Gillanders Arbuthnot & Co. Ltd. to sell its NISM unit in Punjab

Gillanders Arbuthnot & Co. Ltd. has entered into and executed a Sale Agreement with Cedaar Textile Private Limited for sale of its NISM unit in Punjab on 28th January, 2021.

The consideration to be received is Rs 67.11 Crores after adjustments with in respect to surplus/deficit of assets over liabilities.

Shares of GILLANDERS ARBUTHNOT & CO.LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.42.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 42.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3308 in over 55 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 44.7 and intraday low of 40.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 141089.
