Cummins India Limited board declares interim dividend of Rs. 7

The Board of Directors of Cummins India Limited have declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 7/- per equity shares on 277,200,000 equity shares (Face Value Rs. 2/- each) for the Financial Year 2020-21.

The Dividend warrants for the said interim dividend will be dispatched by February 22, 2021 and the dividend will be paid on February 24, 2021.
