Granules India Ltd board declares 3rd interim dividend of Rs. 0.25 for FY21

The board of directors of Granules India Ltd at its meeting held today, has declared third interim dividend of 25 paise per share of face value of Re. 1/- each representing 25% of paid-up capital for the financial year 2020-21.

The board has fixed the record date as February 09, 2021 for the purpose of payment of third interim dividend for the financial year 2020-21.

Shares of GRANULES INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.355.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 348.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 274290 in over 2679 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 365.8 and intraday low of 350. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 98101477.
