A. K. Capital Services Limited board declares interim dividend of Rs. 5 for FY21

The Board of Directors of A. K. Capital Services Limited at its meeting held on Wednesday, January 27, 2021, has declared an Interim Dividend of INR 5/- per fully paid up equity share (face value of INR 10/- per equity share) for the financial year 2020-21.

The Board of Directors of the Company has fixed the Record Date as Saturday, February 6, 2021 to determine the names of the equity shareholders who shall be entitled to receive payment towards Interim Dividend of the Company for the financial year 2020-21 and the Interim Dividend shall be paid on or before February 25, 2021.
