Manorama Industries Limited recognized by Fair Trade and Fair for Life Certifications for its ESG Practices

Manorama Industries Limited, a global pioneer in the manufacturing of specialty fats, has announced that the company has achieved new milestones by receiving two certificates from International Certification Body in sustainability with ethical sourcing.

Fair Trade - FLOCERT

Fairtrade certification is a Trade Certification system where social, economic and environmental aspects of production are certified against Fairtrade Standards for Traders.

The Fairtrade system monitors the buying and the selling of the product until it is consumer packaged and labelled.

Certificates are issued after confirmation that all relevant Fairtrade Standards have been complied with.

Fair for Life - ECOCERT

Fair for Life Certification assures that human rights are safeguarded at any stage of production, workers enjoy good and fair working conditions and smallholder farmers receive a fair share.

Fair trade improves the livelihood of thousands of smallholder farmers and - workers by providing the means for social community projects and for life empowerment of people.
