PVR Ltd opens QIP, fixes floor price as Rs. 1495.93 per share

The Fund Raise Committee of PVR Ltd, in its meeting held today has considered and approved the preliminary placement document dated January 27, 2021, in connection with the Qualified institutions placement of equity shares of face value of ₹ 10 each (the "Equity Shares") to qualified institutional buyers (the "QIP").

The committee authorized opening of the QIP today, i.e. on January 27, 2021.

The floor price in respect of the QIP, based on the pricing formula as prescribed under Regulation 176(1) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations is Rs. 1,495.93 per Equity Share. The Company may at its discretion consider offering a discount on the floor price within the limit prescribed under the SEBI ICDR Regulations, if at all.

Shares of PVR LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1487 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1462.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 242922 in over 5353 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1493 and intraday low of 1461. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 359946258.
