Cosmo Films Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 25

The Board of Directors of Cosmo Films Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. January 11, 2021, has approved Declaration of Interim dividend (F.Y 2020-21) on the Equity Shares of the Company @250% i.e. Rs. 25/- per equity share.

The dividend on Equity Share, shall be paid on or before February 26, 2021 to members whose names appear on the Register of Members and the beneficial owners as per details received from National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited, as on the Record Date i.e. Monday, February 08, 2021.
