Subex Ltd board to consider Q3 results, dividend on Feb 1, 2021

A Meeting of the Board of Directors of Subex Ltd will be held on Monday, February 01, 2021 through Video Conferencing, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (Standalone & Consolidated) as per the Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) for the quarter and nine-months ended December 31, 2020.

The board will also consider the proposal for declaration of interim dividend, if any amongst other matters.
