DCW Limited board approves fund raising through warrants

The Board of Directors of DCW Limited ("Company") at their meeting held today viz. Monday, January 25, 2021, considered and approved, the raising of funds by issue of convertible warrants through permissible modes subject to necessary shareholders / regulatory approvals, as applicable up to Rs. 32 Crores (Rupees Thirty Two Crores Only).

The board also approved proposal for increasing the authorised share capital of the company from Rs. 65,00,00,000 (Rupees Sixty Five Crores) divided into 32,50,00,000 (Thirty Two Crores Fifty Lakhs) Equity Shares of Rs. 2 (Rupees Two) each to Rs, 70,00,00,000 (Rupees Seventy Crores) divided into 35,00,00,000 (Thirty Five Crores) Equity Shares of Rs. 2 (Rupees Two) each."

Shares of DCW LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.22 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 21.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 410604 in over 1016 trades.
