Balrampur Chini Mills Ltd has announced that the Company will publish the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 18th months period ended September 30, 2006 within a period of three months from the end of the last quarter of the financial year.

As such the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the last quarter ended September 30, 2006 will not be published.
