Zensar Technologies Ltd Board approves interim dividend of Rs. 1.20

The Board of Directors of Zensar Technologies Ltd at its meeting held today, which commenced at 4:30 PM IST and concluded at 7:40 PM IST has approved the declaration of interim dividend of INR 1.20 per equity share of INR 2 each (i.e. 60%).

The record date for the aforesaid interim dividend and related matters is fixed as February 1, 2021. The interim dividend shall be paid on or after February 15, 2021.

Shares of ZENSAR TECHNOLOGIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.235.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 236.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14732 in over 620 trades.
