Indian Energy Exchange Ltd board approves interim dividend of Rs. 2.50 for FY2020-21

The board of directors of Indian Energy Exchange Ltd at its meeting held today has approved an interim dividend of Rs. 2.50 (Rupees Two and Fifty Paise) per equity share of face value of Re. 1/- (Rupee One) each for the financial year ending March 31, 2021.

The Board has fixed Saturday, January 30, 2021 as the "Record Date" for the purpose of ascertaining eligibility of the shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend.

The said Interim Dividend will be paid within a period of 30 days from the date of declaration.

Shares of Indian Energy Exchange Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.242.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 245.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 173570 in over 2705 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 248.25 and intraday low of 238. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 42449259.
