Manappuram Finance to raise Rs. 600 crore through private placement of NCDs

The Financial Resources and Management Committee of the Board of Directors of Manappuram Finance Limited ("Company") at its meeting held on January 21,2021, approved the issuance of Secured, Rated, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs.10,00,000/-(Rupees Ten Lakh Only ) each for and amount of Rs.600,00,00,000/- (Rupees Six Hundred Crores Only) on private placement route.

Shares of MANAPPURAM FINANCE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.164.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 168.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 283940 in over 4138 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 173.3 and intraday low of 163. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 47618641.
