SRF Limited board declares interim dividend of Rs. 19

The Board of Directors of SRF Limited at its meeting held on 21st January, 2021 has declared interim dividend @ 190% i.e. Rs. 19 per share on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company.

The Interim Dividend would be paid to members whose names appear on the Register of Members and the beneficial owners as per details received from National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited, as on the Record Date i.e. Monday, the 01st February, 2021.

The date of payment of interim dividend will be Friday, the 19th February, 2021.

Shares of SRF LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.5774.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 5866.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8244 in over 2472 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 5960 and intraday low of 5581.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 48358964.
