Sundaram Finance Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 12

The Board of Directors of Sundaram Finance Ltd at its Meeting held on January 20, 2021, has declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 12/- per share (120%) for the financial year 2020-21 on the paid-up capital of Rs. 111.10 cr. represented by 11,11,03,860 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The Company has fixed February 03, 2021 as the Record Date for the purpose of Payment of Interim Dividend. The dividend will be paid on February 17, 2021 (Wednesday).
