Havells India Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Havells India Ltd in its meeting held today i.e. 20th January, 2021 which commenced at 2:00 pm and concluded at 4:30 pm, the Board of Directors has also declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 3/- per Equity Share of Re. 1/- each i.e. @ 300% on the Equity Share Capital of the Company.

The same shall be payable to all those Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as on the Record Date i.e. 29.01.2021. The Dividend shall be paid/ dispatched to the shareholders on or before 30 days from the date of its declaration.

Shares of HAVELLS INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1019.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1020. The total number of shares traded during the day was 124040 in over 4371 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1031.9 and intraday low of 1012.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 126479836.
