Larsen & Toubro Infotech Limited announces resignation of CFO

The Board of Directors of Larsen & Toubro Infotech Limited in its meeting held on January 19, 2021, considered the resignation of Mr. Ashok Kumar Sonthalia, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company, on account of personal reasons and accepted the same to be effective from close of business hours of January 25, 2021.

The Board appreciated and recognized the contribution made by Mr. Ashok Kumar Sonthalia during his tenure as Chief Financial officer of the Company and wished him success for his future endeavors.

Shares of Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.4093.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4015.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12873 in over 3194 trades.
