Satyam Computer Allots Bonus Shares

Satyam Computer Services Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 327,694,738 Bonus shares through circular resolution on October 11, 2006.

Further the Company has inform that, consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up from 327,694,738 equity shares of Rs 2/- each aggregating Rs 655,389,476 to 655,389,476 equity shares of Rs 2/- each aggregating Rs 1,310,778,952.
