Indian Bank board to consider fund raising on Jan 22, 2021

The Board of Directors of Indian Bank in its meeting scheduled to be held on Friday, the 22nd January 2021 will also consider a proposal for raising of fund/equity capital by the Bank through QIP/FPO/Rights issue and/or in combination thereof.

Shares of INDIAN BANK was last trading in BSE at Rs.95.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 90.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 464441 in over 4430 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 97.6 and intraday low of 91.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 44212416.
