HDFC Securities Limited posts PAT of Rs. 166.6 crore in Q3FY21

HDFC Securities Limited (HSL) is amongst the leading retail broking firms in India. As on December 31, 2020, HDFC Bank held 96.5% stake in HSL.

For the quarter ended December 31, 2020, HSL's total income was ₹ 337.3 crore as against ₹ 216.3 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2019. Profit after tax for the quarter was ₹ 166.6 crore, as against ₹ 101.7 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2019.

As on December 31, 2020, HSL had 219 branches across 160 cities / towns in the country.

Shares of HDFC Bank Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.1467.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1468.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 236472 in over 8195 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1474 and intraday low of 1445.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 344803524.
