Parmax Pharma Limited approves preferential issue

The Board of Directors of Parmax Pharma Limited in its meeting held today, i.e. 16th January, 2021, have considered and approved the issuance of 13,59,500 (Thirteen Lakh fifty nine thousand five hundred) equity shares on preferential basis to the Promoter and Non-promoter entities and do other ancillary activities in this regard.

The board also approved appointment of M/s Holani Consultants Private Limited, SEBI Registered Merchant banker for carrying valuation of equity shares to be issued on preferential basis.
