Indian Energy Exchange Ltd board to consider interim dividend on Jan 21, 2021

The Board of Directors of Indian Energy Exchange Ltd in its meeting scheduled to be held on Thursday, January 21, 2021, will consider declaration of interim dividend to the members of the Company for the Financial Year 2020-2021.

The record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the interim dividend, if any, approved by the Board will be Saturday, January 30, 2021.
