LIC Housing Finance Ltd board to announce 3rd quarter results on Jan 29, 2021

A Meeting of the Board of Directors of LIC Housing Finance Ltd scheduled to be held on Friday, 29th January, 2021 at 11.00 a.m. through Video Conferencing in Webex Meeting Platform (VC/OAVM), for consideration and approval of the Un-audited Financial Results for the Third Quarter ended 31st December, 2020, subject to Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.

The trading window has already been closed w.e.f. 1st January, 2021 to 31% January, 2021 (both days inclusive). The trading window in respect of dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall reopen from 1 February, 2021.
