Visaka Industries Ltd board to consider Q3 results, interim dividend on Jan 28, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Visaka Industries Ltd is scheduled to be held on January 28, 2021 at the Corporate Office of the Company situated at "Visaka Towers", 1-8-303/69/3, S.P.Road, Secunderabad - 500 003, to consider and approve audited financial results of the company (both consolidated & standalone) for the third quarter / nine months ended December 31, 2020 and consider recommending dividend (first interim dividend), if any, for the financial year 2020-21 and fix record date thereof.
